Fundraising

 

We do need to raise funds to keep the Landkey Carols tradition alive; there are two main areas which need funding:

 

  • The support of professional musicians to transcribe the carols, make new arrangements and run the adult choir
  • Work with schools and young people to teach them the carols and enthuse them in the tradition

 

You might be able to help by:

 

  • Donations – giving a donation on a one-off or regular basis

 

  • Legacy Giving – leaving a legacy in your Will to Landkey Carols

 

  • Fundraising Events – running an event such as a concert, coffee morning or busking

Volunteering

As a voluntary group working with limited funding, we need the support of a team of Volunteers to help keep the Landkey Carol tradition alive.

 

You could help us with a range of activities including:

 

  • Local Publicity

  • Fundraising

  • Researching Oral History

  • Admin Help

  • Stewarding at Events

 

If you have a particular expertise and/or time that you could devote

to regular volunteering please contact us.
